Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped twice a week. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information from us once your order has been collected. 

UK orders typically arrive in 2-3 working days

European orders typically arrive in 4-5 working days 

International orders typically arrive in 5-7 working days

The costs listed here are approximate and will vary depending on the exact weight of your order. Please contact us if you would like more details. 

Duty and customs: 

Customers are responsible for any duties and / or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country and therefore should ensure they are aware of any applicable charges. 

Shipping and insurance 

Depending on the size of the artwork, value of the artwork and location of the client, an appropriate delivery service will be selected. During delivery insurance is provided by the nominated delivery service. I (Elizabeth Ashdown) accept no liability for damage or loss during or after delivery. 

European Shipping Update

Since Brexit, shipments to EU countries are now subject to additional customs charges. Please look up what those customs charges are in advance of placing your order, as we are not able to cover these charges ourselves.

Passementerie Masterclass

Participants must have access to a computer with a good internet connection, a microphone and a camera. 

All classes need a minimum number of students to run. If your class is not going ahead you will be contacted via email 2 days before your class was due to begin. You will receive your refund within 3 working days.
