Necked Wooden Tassel Mould - 108mm, Hand Turned in the UK
Necked Wooden Tassel Mould - 108mm, Hand Turned in the UK
A traditional necked tassel mould, 108mm tall, hand-turned in the UK, with a central hole drilled through for the hanging cord. Made for passementerie tassel making.
This wooden tassel mould has the classic necked shape used in traditional tassel making: a rounded head, a defined neck, and space for the tassel skirt to fall cleanly beneath it. It is 108mm tall and hand-turned in the UK.
A hole is drilled through the centre so you can thread the hanging cord straight through the mould, giving a neat, secure finish. You can cover the mould using the snailing technique - rolling the mould with cord or braid. This shape suits both furnishing tassels and curtain tieback tassels perfectly.
